Bucharest Airport (IATA: OTP; ICAO: LROP), officially called Bucharest Henri Coanda International Airport, is the main international airport serving Bucharest, in Romania. It is located in Otopeni, about 17 km from Bucharest city centre. The Airport has 1 unique large passenger Terminal divided in 2 main floors: the Departures floor and the Arrivals floor. 

Departures floor

Has the check-in facilities, restaurants, cafeterias, retail outlets, elevator, stairs leading to pre-security area of level 1 with more services and facilities. Access to the gates is by separate security checks to: gates 50-57 (ground level); and gates 2 – 39, after security and passport checks, leading to the boarding area.

Arrivals floor

This floor also has many several services and facilities. To the right there is the the secure area with baggage claim belts 1-3, customs and access to the pre-security Arrivals hall with information counter and shuttle train link, and with separate access by authomatic stairs to the ground level with baggage claim belts 4-5.
